Today’s featured artist is a duo hailing from Utah named Seve vs. Evan. Consisting of mainly a keyboard and drums, their songs sound like sweet awesome with some kitschy verses thrown into the mix. For this week’s person of the week, I am pleased to present Lillian Gish.
A portrait of Lillian Gish from 1921. Gish was one of the first female movie stars, called "The First Lady of the Silent Screen", starting in 1912 and continuing to appear in films until 1987. The American Film Institute named Gish 17th among the greatest female stars of all time and awarded her a Life Achievement Award, making her the only recipient who was a major figure in the silent era.

For today’s picture of the day, I am pleased to present the Plum.
The plum is a stone-fruit tree in the genus Prunus. Its fruit is sweet, juicy and edible, and it can be eaten fresh, or dried, in which case they are known as prunes. The plum blossom, along with the peony, are considered traditional floral emblems of China.
